The seams hold stories
only broken hearts can tell…
01/
about the book
Broken Seams is an anthology by Meho Wahome, tracing the quiet journey between heartbreak and healing.
Divided into three parts — The Broken, The Lost, and The Living — the collection weaves fifty-five poems through love, loss, faith, and rediscovery. Each page is a fragment stitched together by hope.
Between pauses and page turns, Broken Seams is an invitation to sit with what’s been lost and rediscover the small miracles of still being here—“In the quiet, the heart remembers how to begin again.”

about the author
Meho Wahome is a Kenyan poet and designer whose work explores the intersection of emotion, design, and silence.
His creative practice balances words and visuals — shaping meaning through rhythm, space, and restraint.
Broken Seams is his first anthology — written and designed over two years — an intimate reflection on how art can hold what language cannot.
When not writing, Wahome crafts digital experiences and visual systems that merge clarity with empathy. He actively channels this curious analytical approach into Mifumo (Systems): Asking “Why Is This Like That?”—a bi-monthly newsletter exploring design, culture, and data through a Nairobi lens. Beyond the screen, he is often found seeking wonder in books, films, anime, or through his lens as an amateur photographer.
